Gian Paolo
Maraini

Gian Paolo Maraini graduated in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome in 1989 with top marks and was admitted to the Bar of Genoa in 1992.

Since 2020 he has been a partner of Carbone e D’Angelo, where he had already worked for many years before becoming partner of another leading Genoese law firm.

He mainly deals with civil law, contract law, commercial law, bankruptcy law, intellectual property law, compliance under Legislative Decree 231/01. He has gained particular experience in litigation, both ordinary and arbitral, and has also been appointed as arbitrator in several occasions. He is admitted to practice before the supreme court.

He holds positions in supervisory bodies.
